How to book for this event:
This event is free and we only have bookings for Saturday left, please fill in the booking form for this.
If you would like to be put on a waiting list to attend full time or any other day, please e-mail, events@ukoln.ac.uk, stating which days you would like to come, your dietary requirements and full contact details.
People already booked on Dev8D can return to their booking form at any point and amend their details following the link in their confirmation e-mail and use the access details that were given.
Accommodation
Unfortunately we have no free complimentary accommodation left.

Free complimentary accommodation
Accommodation for those lucky enough to book early, will be provided at the London Hostel Palmer’s Lodge (only a tube stop away from the venue and the same hostel we used in Feb 2009). It is basic hostel accommodation which you will share with other participants from Dev8D 2010. To get this free accommodation you'll need to fill out the booking form above. Please keep in mind that filling out this form does not guarantee your place. We’ll let everyone know if they did or did not sign up in time.
Breakfast is included in your booking.
Check in is from 2pm and luggage storage is available if you arrive earlier.
Check out is 11am on the day of departure.
You are welcome to use the restaurant/kitchen facilities, which contains a microwave, kettles, toasters, sandwich press, crockery, cutlery, however there is no oven. There is free wireless though it does not reach in all rooms.

Our apologies in advance to any of you who were not able to get the free place, however there are more than enough hotels in the Bloomsbury area. It is worth getting on lastminute.com and searching for places near the ‘British Museum’ or ‘British Library’ which will all put you within walking distance of the University of London Union. We recommend you book your accommodation early as you are more likely to be able to get a really good price..
